SPINY EYE DROP 5ML

Synicom Eye Drops (5ml) (containing Dorzolamide HCl and Timolol Maleate) are primarily used to treat elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with ocular hypertension, open-angle glaucoma, or pseudoexfoliative glaucoma. It reduces fluid pressure inside the eye to prevent damage. Typical dosage is one drop in the affected eye(s) twice daily
