Indication
It (Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate) is indicated: – In combination with at least two other antiretroviral agents for the management of HIV infected adults. – For the treatment of chronic hepatitis B in adults withcompensated liver disease, with evidence of active viral replication, persistant elevated serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) level and histological evidence of active inflammation and fibrosis.
