Leep 2.5 mg tablets (Letrozole) are prescribed primarily to treat hormone-dependent, early, or advanced breast cancer in postmenopausal women, often following other treatments like tamoxifen. It works as an aromatase inhibitor, decreasing estrogen production. It is also used off-label to treat infertility, such as inducing ovulation in PCOS cases.
